A crisis hits BIGcorp as Terry Pickles loses his marbles! Full to the brim with passwords the help desk Cassanova begins to spill the beans and give away user identities.

Clearly something is very wrong with BIGcorp’s Identity Management solutions and its upto Brian to find a way to fix poor Terry and:

  • Consolidate user IDs to a single username and password
  • Centrally manage user's accounts, passwords and security policies
  • Provide self-service password reset
  • Dramatically reduce helpdesk costs
  • Improve security and BIGcorp's compliance
